Important. Please read before bidding:

1) The staircase to the bedroom and full bathroom is steep and not recommended for small children or people with mobility issues.
2) During winter months, studs (special snow tires) or chains are mandatory as the road to the cabin is steep and icy (even with the roads frequently plowed).
3) This is a very small cabin with a kitchen that includes a sink, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, counter oven and BBQ but no slide-in oven, range or dishwasher.
