UPrep Together is our annual community celebration and fundraiser in support of UPrep's financial aid program. New to this year’s event, guests will have an opportunity to support faculty and staff innovation.
Funds raised in support of UPrep’s Endowed Financial Aid Fund provide a reliable, ongoing stream of income that ensures UPrep can grow access to this education and socioeconomic diversity at our school as our enrollment grows.
The Endowed Faculty and Staff Innovation Fund provides dedicated funding for educator well-being, professional renewal, and program innovation.
The Puma Fund supports UPrep’s annual operating budget and is used in real-time during the current school year. Funds raised during UPrep Together support UPrep’s Endowed Financial Aid Fund, which helps fund our robust financial aid program. Since the fund is an endowment, it helps to ensure our ability to meet the financial aid needs of our community in perpetuity.

Early bird ticket price per guest before February 14 is $200 and increases to $250 on February 15. Registration closes on Friday, March 6.
Yes! Please email the development team at development@universityprep.org when you register to request specific seating arrangements. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.
Yes! If you purchase an entire table before Saturday, February 14, the cost of purchasing a table is $1,800 ($180 per ticket). Table purchases made on February 15 and after will cost $2,250 ($225 per ticket).
When you register, you will be prompted to enter your meal request and there will be the option to indicate dietary restrictions or allergies.
Yes. On March 14, 2026, sundown takes place at 7:15 p.m. Dinner will be served after sundown.
Credit cards will not be charged until Tuesday, March 17. If you would like to make payment on your pledge with a different method of payment, please contact Development Database Manager, Ho-Duong Nguyen, at hnguyen@universityprep.org.
EVENTS LOGISTICS
New this year—we are opening doors to new families at 5:30 p.m. cocktail hour! All other guests are invited to arrive at 6:00 p.m. Dinner and the program will begin at 7:00 p.m. followed by a DJ, late night bites, and the bar will remain open until 10:00 p.m.
You can make a gift or pledge to support UPrep Together by clicking on the "GIVE NOW!" tab. Pledges can be paid anytime through June 30, 2026.
Fremont Studios is located at 155 N 35th St in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood. Complimentary valet parking will be provided for all guests.
If you prefer not to drive, we will email an Uber discount code the week of the event.
The theme this year is golden, in celebration of UPrep’s 50th anniversary! Guests are encouraged to dress accordingly or in cocktail event attire.
Included with your ticket are nonalcoholic beverages, hors d’oeuvres, a three-course seated dinner, and after party snacks. There will also be hosted beer and wine, with a cash bar for cocktails.
