GENERAL INFORMATION

UPrep Together is our annual community celebration and fundraiser in support of UPrep’s Financial Aid Program.

All funds raised at UPrep Together will support UPrep’s Endowed Financial Aid Fund. As part of UPrep’s mission, we seek to create an inclusive, economically diverse student community. We envision a school where a family’s finances are not a barrier to a great UPrep education and believe a financially diverse group of students benefits everyone. Our financial aid is comprehensive, meaning it covers all costs associated with a UPrep education.

The Puma Fund supports UPrep’s annual operating budget and is used in real-time during the current school year. Funds raised during UPrep Together will support UPrep’s Endowed Financial Aid Fund, which helps fund our robust Financial Aid Program. Since the fund is an endowment, it helps to ensure our ability to meet the financial aid needs of our community in perpetuity.

Yes. Tickets are available for purchase on the Register tab. We will have bid cards ready for you at the door to bid in person. Tickets can be purchased at the door, but we strongly recommend purchasing in advance to save your spot!

When you register for the event, there is an option to purchase a table. If you do not want to purchase a table, you may use the “Special Accommodations” field while registering to share with whom you would like to be seated. We make every effort to accommodate seating requests.

When you register, you will be prompted to enter your meal request and there will be the option to indicate dietary restrictions or allergies.

Yes. On March 15, 2025, sundown takes place at 7:16 p.m. Dinner will be served after sundown.

Credit cards will not be charged until Tuesday, March 18. If you would like to make payment on your pledge with a different method of payment, please contact Development Database Manager Ho-Duong Nguyen at hnguyen@universityprep.org.

EVENTS LOGISTICS

Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for check-in and cocktail hour. We will invite everyone to sit down for dinner and the program at 7:30 p.m. Following the program and the raise-the-paddle, there will be a DJ and dancing until 10:00 p.m. Stay tuned for more details as the event approaches.

You can make a gift or pledge to support UPrep Together by clicking on the "GIVE NOW!" tab. Pledges can be paid anytime through June 30, 2025.

Fremont Studios is located at 155 N 35th St in Fremont. Complimentary valet parking will be provided for all guests. If you prefer not to drive, we have an Uber promo code for this event that will be emailed to you the week of the event and posted at the venue.

The theme this year is ’70s. Guests are encouraged to dress accordingly or in cocktail event attire.

A plated sit-down dinner is included in the ticket price and meal requests can be made when purchasing your ticket. There will be hosted beer and wine, with a cash bar for cocktails.
